It is my opinion that mastering your CRM is one of the key dimensions of a successful agent. For many agents, they hate working in their CRM. This was certainly the case for me. The fastest way for me to feel overwhelmed and frustrated was to log in to the 1,000's of disorganized contacts, past due tasks, and confusing features.
Simply put, for me to get to the point I was selling 100's of homes as an agent and even 1,000's of homes as a team owner, I had to organize my source of income which was a database of people. I had to level up in a weak area of my business to get to the next phase. The same is true for you.
This isn't about geeking out about technology. It's about mastering your craft and utilizing the INCREDIBLE investment you and/or your team has put into Ylopo and Follow up Boss.
I need you to try to focus as if you're a business owner. NOT as someone who has to do this like an employee would but like someone who is wanting to grow to their new phase of business.
